About Woodlyn Support

What kind of provider is Woodlyn Support?
Woodlyn Support is an unregistered NDIS provider. We provide non-clinical, participant-led, personalised support in Moreton Bay and South East Queensland. While unregistered, we operate in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and maintain appropriate insurance and business practices.

Who can receive support from Woodlyn Support?
We support NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. Our services are best suited to adults who benefit from personalised support, consistency, and community participation.

Do you work with participants who require complex medical supports or hoists?
No. We focus on practical, everyday support and community participation. We do not provide clinical care, assisted transfers, or supports requiring hoists or complex medical interventions.

Services & Support

What types of supports do you provide?
We offer personalised supports tailored to the participant’s goals, preferences, and routines, including:
-
Assistance with daily living
-
Social and community participation
-
Transport to activities and appointments
-
Capacity building and skill development

Can participants choose what they do each day?
Yes. All supports are participant-led, and participants are encouraged to guide how their time is spent, whether it’s community outings, practical daily tasks, or skill-building activities.

Do you provide transport?
Yes. Transport is offered as part of community participation, where appropriate. Please note that we do not have hoist-equipped vehicles, so supports are best suited to participants who can transfer independently or have low mobility needs.

How We Work

Will the same support worker always come?
We prioritise consistency and familiarity, so participants are supported by the same staff wherever possible. Building trusting relationships is central to how we operate.

Can I have multiple participants together in one support session?
Currently, our supports are personalised and delivered on a one-to-one basis. Group activities may be introduced in the future, but for now, we focus on individualised support.

How do I know if Woodlyn Support is right for me?
We encourage you to start a conversation or submit an enquiry form. We’ll talk through your goals, support needs, and whether our services align with what you’re looking for.
