Terms & Conditions

Summary

Welcome to Woodlyn Support. These terms set out the rules for using our services and engaging with us as an unregistered NDIS provider.

By using our services or contacting us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself or the participant receiving support

​

  • Engage respectfully with our support workers and staff

​

  • Understand the scope of our services - we provide personalised, non-clinical supports, including:

​

- Assistance with daily living

- Social and community participation

- Transport to activities (for participants with independent or low mobility)

- Capacity building and skill development

​

  • Recognise our limits - as a smaller provider, we cannot offer every type of support (e.g., hoist-assisted transfers, complex medical care), but the supports we provide are delivered reliably and with care

​

  • Booking and cancellations - details of how to schedule, reschedule, or cancel supports will be communicated at the time of engagement

​

  • Payment - for self-managed or plan-managed participants, invoices will be issued and payments are expected as agreed

​

  • Liability - while we take every precaution to provide safe and consistent supports, participants engage with our services at their own discretion
